RefreshLite does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data or user data of any kind. Everything happens on your device. Reloading pages and checking whether your chosen text or CSS element has appeared is done entirely inside your browser. Nothing about the pages you watch is sent anywhere.
Per-site access only. RefreshLite requests access to a website only at the moment you click "Start" on it, and that access is removed when you click "Stop." It does not request access to all your sites. Local settings only. Your per-site settings (interval and the optional word/selector to watch for) are saved with Chrome's local storage and are deleted when you stop that site. They are never transmitted.
No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no third parties. Permissions are used solely to provide the feature: scripting — run the small refresher on sites you enable. storage — remember per-site settings locally. notifications — tell you when your stop condition is met. activeTab — read the current tab's address and start on the open tab. host access (optional, per-site) — reload the site and read its content locally to detect your stop condition.
